Our Shipping, Cancellation Returns & Refund Policy enacted on 10th July 2022. Thank you for shopping at ALIMENTE – Food for Life. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us. Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation & Definitions:
For the purposes of this Shipping, Cancellation Returns & Refund Policy:
– “Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to ALIMENTE PRIVATE LIMITED
– “Goods” refers to the products offered for sale on our website
– “Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.
– “Website” refers to ALIMENTE – Food for Life, accessible from http://alimente.co.in
– “You” means the individual accessing or using the website or any other online channel, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
Shipping of your order:
Once you place your order and on receipt of the payment confirmation from your source, the products packing will be initiated and it will be shipped no later than 3 to 5 days.
Kindly mail us at consumer@alimente.co.in for any information on your shipping by quoting the “Order Confirmation Number” (OCN).
Your Order Cancellation Rights:
You are entitled to cancel your order BEFORE the oder is dispatched which ever is later, without giving any reason for doing so.
Kindly mail us at consumer@alimente.co.in giving our “Order Confirmation Number” (OCN) and amount paid.
The refund will be immediately initiated upon receipt of your mail during the working hours. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
The amount will be credited in your source account no later than 7 working days.
The Return or Replacement process:
Our system ensures that we deliver the right product and of desired quality as per “Food Safety & Satandards Act of India”.
However in case of any wrong product received, you are entitled to get the right product which you have ordered.
Kindly mail us at consumer@alimente.co.in for any wrong receipt of the product to you quoting the “Order Confirmation Number” (OCN) and the details of right product you had ordered with the convenience time to pick the product from your address.
The return will be immediately initiated upon receipt of your mail during the working hours. The product will be picked up from your address within 3 working days and replacement will be given at the same time on receipt of the product in original form, from you. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Conditions for Returns:
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
– The Goods were received, in the last 3 days
– Items should be returned in their original packaging. Products cannot be returned unless they are new, unopened, unused and in the original factory-sealed packaging. The packing material is intact and not damaged or broken.
Please note that any wrong dispatched product if found damaged will not qualify for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Apart from above condition, our all food products are “NON RETURNABLE”.
