Thanks a lot for the suggestion of having AL 610 HIMALAYAN CURCUMIN TURMERIC POWDER with milk. What a relief I got after first dose itself from the severe cold, soar throat, body and head ache. I got immediate relief from little breathing difficulty due to cold. Marvellous! It’s really great product with great quality. I believe it would give other benefits too as natural anti inflammatory and antibiotic, indigestion etc. So continuing to have it atleast twice a day for sometime.
